水性陶瓷涂料以纯无机化合物及水溶性载体,采用纳米无机树脂为主要基料,选用高硬度及耐磨性强的纳米金属氧化物、二氧化硅、高耐候无机颜料,经过特殊工艺加工配制而成。在铝质基材表面涂装陶瓷涂料后,形成一种无机陶瓷涂层。无机陶瓷涂层是一种高性能的涂层,具有高硬度、高耐磨的理化性能、高强度的耐酸、碱、盐、溶剂、防腐蚀化学性能,同时具有超久的保色度、抗粉化、耐老化、超长耐候性、抗大气污染、高度自洁性能和耐高温、不燃性、A1级防火性能。属于最新型绿色环保涂料,符合欧盟SGS环保标准、通过美国食品与药物管理局食品接触测试标准FDA认证测试,对环境和人体无害、无毒、无污染、安全性能高。水性陶瓷涂料色彩丰富,色系有白色、素色、 鲜艳色、色、银色等,广泛的色彩选择。广泛应用于航空航天工业、地铁高铁轻轨等轨道交通领域写字楼、商场、酒店、医院车站、体育场馆、展览馆、机场等建筑物室内外装饰、建筑幕墙。
