什么是钢质墙板
钢质墙板是由镀锌钢板和背衬板(石膏板、硅酸钙板、瓦楞板、蜂窝板)多 种形式复合而成,其安装便捷、维护方便,表面易于清洁、硬度高等特点,被广泛应用于医院、学校、营业大厅、服务中心等公共建筑的墙体。
钢质墙板的构成
1、基层:常规采用热熔镀锌钢板,厚度:0.6~0.8mm,通过防锈、防腐蚀 和热熔镀锌工艺处理。
2、表层:钢质墙板表面采用静电粉末喷涂,也可以选择预辊涂工艺;对木纹、石纹、皮纹等纹理表面需求的可采用热转印技术或是覆膜工艺。
3、芯材:按照设计要求采用相应规格的石膏板、硅酸钙板、瓦楞板、蜂窝板。
芯材主要作用
1、保持立面平整。
2、增加墙板的抗撞击强度。
3、避免空腔产生,敲击无空鼓声响。
钢质墙板的表面处理类型
钢质墙板的表面主要分为预辊涂、静电喷漆、热转印、覆膜几种类型。
安装工艺
钢质复合墙板分卡扣式样固定和挂板结构二种安装方法,卡扣式样安装安装方便,配合12mm压条达到线条美,压条也可以采用搭配的色彩;挂板式样采用专用挂钩龙骨与墙板挂钩配合安装,这种安装对挂钩龙骨的精度要求非常高,否则容易出现受力不均衡的现象。
