PVDF涂料是建筑方面应用的首选含氟聚合物涂料,简称PVDF氟碳涂料。在它的树脂体系中通常包含70%的PVDF树脂和30%的丙烯酸树脂,同时选用优异的耐候颜料,是金属建材行业首选的表面涂装产品。PVDF氟碳涂料主要应用于各种铝质建材材料,包括幕墙铝板,铝型材,窗棂,天棚,立柱等,使用寿命可达二十年以上。涂装前基材必须经过铬化前处理,一般采用二涂一烘,三涂一烘及四涂二烘的施工工艺。

应用证实了PVDF氟碳漆在外用铝材表面上具有出色的耐候性,耐粉化、抗褪色、抗脆裂和抗剥落的高性能,它的长期耐污染和耐化学侵蚀等性能能够显著减少维护和修补的费用。

PVDF coating is the first choice of fluoropolymer coating for architectural application, which is called PVDF fluorocarbon coating for short. Its resin system usually contains 70% PVDF resin and 30% acrylic resin, and excellent weather resistant pigment is selected. It is the preferred surface coating product in metal building materials industry. PVDF fluorocarbon coating is mainly used in all kinds of aluminum building materials, including curtain wall aluminum plate, aluminum profile, window lattice, ceiling, column, etc., with a service life of more than 20 years. Before coating, the base material must be pretreated by chromizing. Generally, the construction processes of two coating and one drying, three coating and one drying and four coating and two drying are adopted.

The application proved that PVDF fluorocarbon paint has excellent weather resistance on the surface of external aluminum, and has high performance of anti pulverization, fading resistance, brittle crack resistance and anti peeling. Its long-term pollution resistance and chemical erosion resistance can significantly reduce the maintenance and repair costs.

PVDF fluorocarbon coating has chemical inertia, which can highlight the resistance to color and luster degradation, as well as acid rain and strong ultraviolet light and other harsh environment. 幕墙铝单板表面一般经过清洗、铬化等前处理后,再采用氟碳喷涂处理。氟碳涂料分为底漆、面漆和清漆,主要成份为聚氟乙烯树脂(KYNAR500)。一般分为二涂、三涂或四涂。氟碳涂层具有卓越的抗腐蚀性和耐候性,能抗酸雨、盐雾和各种空气污染物等,耐冷热性能极好,能抵御强烈紫外线的照射,能长期保持不褪色、不粉化,使用寿命长。表面选用世界知名的氟碳涂料生产商TIGER、PPG、TIGER、AKZO、KFCC、KGE等公司的优质氟碳涂料,颜色选择广泛,客户直接按厂家提供的色板选用或提供色板样。

使用在产品上的氟碳树脂PVDF是把脂肪族炭氢分子结构中以氟原子替换部分氢原子的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,(Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone)具有最大负电荷的氟(F)原子和碳(C)原子间的氟-碳结合力高过105.4kcal/mol,这就是意味着要破坏氟一碳结合至少需要105.4kcal/mol以上的能量。氟一碳结合距离为1.36A,这距离比碳一碳结合距离1.54A还要短。因氟原子产生立体阻碍,其结构非常紧密,很难破坏氟一碳的结合。

The fluorocarbon resin PVDF used in the product is polyvinylpyrrolidone, which replaces part of the hydrogen atom with fluorine atom in the aliphatic carbon hydrogen molecular structure. The fluorine carbon binding force between the most negatively charged fluorine (f) atom and carbon (c) atom is higher than 105.4kcal/mol, which means that more than 105.4kcal/mol energy is needed to destroy the fluorine carbon binding. The F-C binding distance is 1.36a, which is shorter than the C-C binding distance of 1.54a. Due to the steric hindrance of fluorine atom, its structure is very close, and it is difficult to destroy the combination of fluorine and carbon.

溶剂型氟碳涂料发展中的困境和方向

由于整体环保形势严峻,现阶段国家对环保的要求越来越苛刻,特别是针对有机溶剂挥发VOC的排放相当严格。为此国家财政部2016年1月28日出台《关于对电池、涂料征收消费税的通知》中对涂料(施工状态下)VOC含量>420g/L征收4%消费税,下一步还将根据VOC排放量来收取排污费。再加上国家及地方环保部门已经逐步禁止新建或者扩建溶剂型产品生产,最大限度的控制和减少VOC的排放。此外,被誉为“史上最严”新环保法也于2017年1月1日起全面严格实施。因此,溶剂型涂料将逐步被水性涂料和粉末涂料所取代,然而水性涂料经过较长时间的研发和发展,到目前为止还存在非常多技术难题需要解决和攻克,而且水性涂料同样存在VOC处理和废水废渣处理的问题,为此我们认为用粉末涂料代替溶剂型涂料将是当下市场以及行业未来发展的主流方向。

在此背景和愿景下,我司经过长期研发和实验,推荐应用新型环保型可替代溶剂型氟碳涂料的氟碳粉末涂料。


Difficulties and direction in the development of solvent based fluorocarbon coatings

Due to the severe situation of environmental protection, the requirements of environmental protection are becoming more and more stringent, especially for VOC emission from organic solvent volatilization. Therefore, the Ministry of finance of the people's Republic of China issued the notice on Levying consumption tax on batteries and coatings on January 28, 2016. In the notice, 4% consumption tax will be levied on coatings (under construction) with VOC content > 420g / L. in the next step, the pollution charge will be charged according to VOC emission. In addition, the national and local environmental protection departments have gradually banned the construction or expansion of the production of solvent based products to control and reduce VOC emissions to the maximum extent. In addition, the new environmental protection law, known as "the strictest in history", has been fully and strictly implemented since January 1, 2017. Therefore, solvent-based coatings will be gradually replaced by water-based coatings and powder coatings. However, after a long period of R & D and development, there are still many technical problems to be solved and overcome, and there are also problems of VOC treatment and waste water treatment in water-based coatings, Therefore, we think that replacing solvent based coatings with powder coatings will be the mainstream direction of the current market and the future development of the industry.


Under this background and vision, after long-term research and development and experiments, our company has launched a new environmentally friendly fluorocarbon powder coating which can replace solvent based fluorocarbon coating.


氟碳粉末喷涂优缺点

氟碳粉末涂料是固体粉末状,完全不含任何溶剂,在生产和施工过程中不产生任何有机废气和废水,不仅满足环保要求,而且还能节省废气、废水等处理费用;

施工过程中与溶剂型氟碳涂料不同,不用调漆直接使用可降低人工成本;

与溶剂型氟碳涂料相比,在施工过程中用电量较小可节约成本;

只需一涂,工艺操作方便,无需增加生产设备;

施工过程不仅可采用卧式喷涂,也可用立式喷涂,用立式喷涂可降低更多成本;

氟碳粉末涂料由于做金属色存在不少问题和缺陷,暂时无法替代溶剂型金属色氟碳漆。


Advantages and disadvantages of fluorocarbon powder spraying

The fluorocarbon powder coating is solid powder, completely free of any solvent, and does not produce any organic waste gas and wastewater in the process of production and construction, which not only meets the requirements of environmental protection, but also saves the cost of waste gas and wastewater treatment;

It is different from solvent based fluorocarbon coating in the construction process, so it can reduce the labor cost without mixing paint;

Compared with the solvent based fluorocarbon coating, the power consumption in the construction process is smaller, which can save the cost;

Only one coating is needed, the process is easy to operate, and there is no need to add production equipment;

Not only horizontal spraying but also vertical spraying can be used in the construction process, which can reduce more costs;

Fluorocarbon powder coatings can not replace solvent based metallic fluorocarbon coatings due to many problems and defects in metal color.
